Unpaved Road Chemical Treatment Selection Tool

Version 1.0.0; March 19, 2018

This tool was developed by the University of California Pavement Research Center (UCPRC) to supplement the UCPRC guideline entitled "Unpaved Road Dust Control and Stabilization Treatment Selection Guide”. The tool will produce the same results as the procedure detailed in the UCPRC Guide.

The objective of this development was to produce an Internet-based tool to automate the selection procedure for unpaved road chemical treatments described in the guideline.

If you have data from field experiments that contradicts the selection procedure, or you have suggestions for improving the accuracy of the tables used in the selection procedure, please send an email with the information to dustcontrol@ucdavis.edu. All feedback on the selection tool will be welcomed.
