Master Data is data that is exported out of PaveM and used to generate the PCR reports. This
data is based on the fine segmentation of the highway system and contains lane-based data. You can download
district-level data, in an Excel (*.xlsx) file, by selecting the district and pressing "Download". Your browser will then let you know
that a file is ready to be opened or downloaded.
