This tool was developed by the University of California Pavement Research Center (UCPRC) with funding
from the California Department of Transportation, internal UCPRC funds, and Senate Bill 1 funds
from the UC Davis Institute of Transportation Studies.
The goal of eLCAP is to provide an easy to use, comprehensive, practical tool for life cycle
assessment for pavements. The data in this version is regionalized for California.
